Stanley E. Wilson

Reverend Stanley E. Wilson was born in Omaha, Nebraska. Grew up in Notre Dame, Indiana and

completed his high school education in 1976. In 1979 Stanley accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and

Savior and was  baptized at the New Testament Missionary Baptist Church under the late Allen Gary.

While there he served as a Deacon and as a quartet singer until relocating to Kentucky. Upon moving to

Louisville, Kentucky in 1986 He enrolled in Louisville College of Medical & Dental Careers where he

completed the Associate of Science Degree in Substance Abuse Counseling in 1988. It was at the age of

30 in the same year October of 1988 that he yielded to the esoteric call of God on his life to proclaim the

 Gospel of Jesus  Christ under the leadership and watchful eye of Reverend Anguish A. Wade ,Pastor of

the Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church and preached his first message in November of 1988.

 He was licensed in December of 1988 and ordained in 1989. While serving as an associate minister to

 reverend Wade Reverend Wilson was over the youth and evangelism. During this time Reverend Wilson

was serving at the Wayside Christian Ministries as a Case Manager  for 40 Chemically Dependent

 homeless men .It was in 1992 That Pastor Wilson enrolled in Southern Baptist Theological Seminary

/Boyce Bible School, and completed the Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies and was awarded the

 Carmen J. Hardin Academic excellence scholarship. Reverend Wilson completed that phase of his

 training in May of 1995. In that same month Pastor Wilson was chosen to part of an 8 person inner-city

 Mission team where they went to various cities sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. He served as the

Recreation and team Pastor as they went to some 15 different cities leading youth to personal

relationship with Jesus. May of 1996 Pastor Wilson was extended the opportunity to serve as the

 Children and Youth Pastor at The Greater Corinth Baptist, where he served faithfully under the

 leadership of Dr. Carl Johnson until  2000. During that time Pastor Wilson served as a youth consultant

for Centrifuge. In 1999 Reverend Wilson was accepted into the National leadership program called The

 Devos Urban Leadership Initiative and completed the intense 15 Month Certificate Program in the

 summer of 2000. During this time frame Pastor Wilson was employed with Methodist Healthcare

Ministries as a Young Dad Site Coordinator until 2006.

In 2004 Pastor Wilson founded and organized The Abundant Life Christian Fellowship Church. Currently

 Pastor Wilson has been working with the City of San Antonio as a Recreation Specialist and is currently

 seeking to complete the Bachelor of Theological Studies from the Newburgh Theological Seminary in

Newburgh, Indiana 2015. Pastor Wilson is married to his sweetheart of 25 years Diane M. Wilson. He has

 lead the church in Paying off the Mortgage and now preparing to build an education extension and

fellowship hall.
